Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Social Spark Hub (“the app”), an organic marketing planning and publishing tool operated by Kyoo Studio.

1. Acceptance

By signing up or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app helps you plan marketing moments, generate content ideas, and publish organic posts to social channels and print-media outlets you connect and control. It only posts when you explicitly instruct it to.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you create, upload, or publish through the app. You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights to it beyond what is needed to run the service for you.

4. Channel connections

When you connect a social channel, you authorize the app to publish posts to that channel on your behalf. You can disconnect a channel or delete your account at any time, which revokes that authorization and removes stored tokens from our systems.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to post illegal, infringing, hateful, misleading, spam, or otherwise harmful content. You must comply with the terms of every platform you connect.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kyoo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you used a free tier.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
