Social Spark HubPrivacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 September 2026

Social Spark Hub (“the app”) is an internal planning and publishing tool for organic social and print marketing. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

1. What we collect

  • Account information: email address, name, and workspace name used to create and manage your account.
  • Content you create: products, services, campaigns, posts, angles, satire headlines, design concepts, and other materials you enter or generate in the app.
  • Channel credentials: OAuth tokens for connected social channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Telegram, WordPress). These tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to publish content on your behalf.
  • Usage data: basic error logs and performance data needed to keep the app running. We do not use third-party analytics cookies.

2. How we use your data

  • To provide the app: generate content suggestions, manage your calendar, and publish to the channels you connect.
  • To keep your connections alive: refresh OAuth tokens before they expire.
  • To improve reliability: diagnose bugs and outages.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud (Supabase) with row-level security and encryption at rest. Channel tokens are treated as secrets and are never logged or returned to the client.

4. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your content at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the email below.
